 AIFEST Joins Hands with Dreams Endeavour Assam to Offer a Unique Platform for Jobseekers

The post Covid -19 job scenario is all about change in criteria where along with knowledge the soft skills of a person are measured to the utmost. Keeping in mind all the sustainable factors in a job, a website named ‘Dreams Endeavour’ is being launched in collaboration with AIFEST. The website provides six courses on soft skill which will help people to grab the best opportunities in various industries. The course is absolutely free for the time being.

Namrata Talukdar (namratatalukdar38551@gmail.com) the acclaimed writer and Soft Skills Trainer from Guwahati is the founder of Dreams Endeavour. An assistant professor and a life-time member of AIFEST, she is currently pursuing her research in Computer Science. Along with her team of dedicated volunteers, she ensures that the time and money invested will add brilliance to your professional dreams. 

Dreams Endeavour is a one of a kind venture that you will love to explore. The courses will be holistic in approach and special mock interviews will be conducted for each candidate to gauge their overall performance. Soft skills are also known as life skills as it shows the right path to a successful professional career. The website will be launched by Isha Damani, the esteemed President of AIFEST on 19th April 2021 via a virtual ceremony, and the classes are slated to commence on 23rd April 2021. The details regarding our experts handling the sessions are available on the website.

Call for Volunteers

We are offering opportunities for volunteers who have excellent communication skills and have knowledge about soft skills. We need trainers who is proficient in English or Hindi. Each volunteer who gets associated with us will be provided a certificate by AIFEST as well as life time membership to the Forum  that will add extra points for their career upliftment. Medium of the Course

The entire course will be conducted online using Zoom/Google Meet as per convenience, and the language used will be English/Hindi.

Course Timings

As per the course opted, students will be divided into batches and the a common timing will be given as per convenience of all the students of a batch.

Course Duration

Each course will be of 8 hrs - 2 days in a week for a month

Membership and Certification

After the completion of the course, volunteers and participants will b offered free membership to AIFEST. Also, the participants who require a certificate will be provided a course completion e-certificate  by AIFEST upon payment of Rs 100/-.

1. Better communication skills

2. Explanations in both Hindi and English

3. Practical knowledge about interviews

4. Better understanding of Online Interviews (much needed in the current digitalized scenario)
