After the Anniversary celebrations and vacation, AIFEST is gearing up for another great year of academic activities, workshops, readings, contests, competitions, training programmes, publications and a lot more. As always, all services offered by AIFEST will be totally free, thanks to the good heart of our eminent team members and volunteers.
Some initiatives like ebook assistance, library service, mentoring, career guidance and Net English training are already underway. 1647 new members have joined AIFEST in the year that passed by (as of 20 August 2019). 1299 new lifetime members have also joined during the year, making us 14591 member strong Forum. Our eldest member is 89 years old, and our youngest is 17 years old (as of 20 August 2019).
As you all know, the official commencement of the activities of AIFEST will be on Teachers’ Day, 5th September. Our new office-bearers will take charge on 5th itself, and the programmes for the coming year, until 31 August 2020 will be decided thereafter.
